Electrolux Group is seeking a Reliability Test Engineer in Rayong, Thailand. This role involves preparing and executing laboratory tests for appliance functionality, safety, and performance, and actively participating in new project development. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, 2-5 years of experience in reliability testing, and fluency in English.

Ansvarsområden

  • Prepare and execute lab activities for appliance evaluation (functionality, safety, performance).
  • Actively participate in the development of new projects.
  • Work autonomously, following established procedures and guidelines.
  • Solve a range of straightforward to complex problems.
  • Interact with cross-functional teams and share knowledge.
  • Ensure Quality Management according to ISO/IEC 17025.
  • Manage validation laboratory facilities and equipment.
  • Plan and improve validation laboratory capabilities.
  • Support cost reduction and quality improvement activities.
  • Coordinate with Global laboratories for equipment, test procedures, and standards.

Krav

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in relevant R&D or reliability testing.
  • Fluent English (speaking and writing).
  • Knowledge of product functionality (Washing Machine, Washer Dryer, Tumble Dryer, Dish Washer).
  • Knowledge of Test Equipment and Data Acquisition.
  • Knowledge of Product Validation and Reliability.
  • Knowledge of Product Mechanics.
  • Knowledge of Design Failure Mode and Effects analysis (DFMEA).
  • Knowledge of Product Safety.
  • Presentation Skills.
  • Interpersonal Skills.
  • Leadership Skills.
  • Problem Solving, Judgement & decision making skills.
  • Proficiency in MATLAB.

  • May supervise lab technicians and specialists.
  • Receive moderate guidance and direction in own area of knowledge.
  • Broaden competence in own area; still acquires higher level skills.
  • Coach team to solve problems with strategic thinking and urgency.
