The RME Coordinator will maintain and troubleshoot conveyor systems, electrical, and mechanical equipment. This role involves developing training and preventive maintenance plans, mentoring technicians, and managing vendors for site execution. The ideal candidate has experience in electrical/mechanical/electronics/instrumentation and controls, with preferred experience in conveyors/automation/control systems maintenance.

Ansvarsområden

  • Maintain and troubleshoot all conveyor systems, electrical and mechanical.
  • Develop training plans for service technicians.
  • Develop Preventive Maintenance programs.
  • Install, maintain, and troubleshoot power distribution systems, branch circuits, lighting systems, transformers, and wiring methods and materials.
  • Install, maintain, and troubleshoot relay logic, ladder diagrams, control components, Servo drives, frequency inverters, linear drives, tachs, and encoders.
  • Troubleshoot PLC programs, ladder logic, components, and communications modules (Ethernet).
  • Mentor technicians by motivating, providing guidance and directions.
  • Develop and maintain good working relationships across all levels in the organization.
  • Provide enriched feedback to enhance individual performance.
  • Raise Purchase requisitions and coordinate with vendors to execute work in sites.
  • Ensure proper documentation and maintain records in sites.

Krav

  • Experience in Electrical/Mechanical/Electronics and Communication/Instrumentation and Controls.
  • Ability to design solutions for difficult problems.
  • Ability to manage outside contractors.
  • On call for emergencies.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and daily activities and meet timelines.
  • Develop plans on how to accomplish departmental and distribution goals.
  • Experience with 1+ years of conveyors/automation/control systems maintenance.
