As a Reliability & Maintenance Engineer at Amazon in Gurgaon, India, you will oversee facility and administrative activities, performing scheduled technical checks, and attending to corrective maintenance calls for various systems including conveyors, electrical, and mechanical equipment. You will also be responsible for managing vendor coordination, energy consumption, DG maintenance, and ensuring smooth operations through proactive and reactive maintenance strategies.

Ansvarsområden

  • Perform daily, weekly, and monthly technical checks as per PPM schedule.
  • Attend TT calls for corrective maintenance, service, and repair works.
  • Coordinate with vendors for systems under warranty or AMC.
  • Monitor energy consumption and perform DG maintenance.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot conveyor systems, electrical, and mechanical equipment.
  • Install, maintain, and troubleshoot power distribution systems, lighting systems, transformers, and wiring.
  • Install, maintain, and troubleshoot relay logic, ladder diagrams, and control components.
  • Support production in a safe and customer-focused manner.
  • Perform minor refurbishments and upgrades for building finishes, fixtures, fittings, and equipment.
  • Conduct regular checks on fire alarm systems and fire extinguishers.
  • Perform maintenance, oiling, and greasing of carts, trolleys, pumps, and rolling shutters.
  • Attend to regular electrical works.
  • Issue height work and hot work permits.
  • Address minor civil and plumbing corrective maintenance calls.
  • Provide daily reports on TT closures, open cases, and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
  • Update tools inventory.
  • Execute PPM schedule maintenance.
  • Oversee soft services activities like pest control, housekeeping, and waste disposal.
  • Manage agency staff and overall shift operations.

Krav

  • Experience in Electrical/Mechanical/Electronics and Communication/Instrumentation and Controls.
  • 1+ years of conveyors/automation/control systems maintenance experience.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Experience using CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) to plan proactive maintenance and record reactive tasks.
