We are seeking a Reliability & Maintenance Engineer for our INQC facility in New Delhi. This role involves executing maintenance schedules for refrigeration systems, monitoring temperature parameters, and troubleshooting electrical and control systems. The ideal candidate will have a diploma or bachelor's degree in engineering with 3-5 years of relevant experience.

Ansvarsområden

  • Execute planned preventive maintenance (PPM) schedules for all refrigeration systems.
  • Monitor and maintain optimal temperature parameters across all cold chain zones.
  • Conduct routine inspections of refrigeration system components.
  • Diagnose and resolve refrigeration system faults.
  • Troubleshoot electrical and control system faults in refrigeration panels, PLCs, and BMS interfaces.
  • Maintain and monitor Diesel Generator (DG) sets and Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) systems.
  • Monitor and maintain electrical panels.
  • Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance reports.
  • Conduct structured Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for equipment breakdowns and incidents.

Krav

  • Diploma or bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Refrigeration & Air Conditioning.
  • Minimum three to five years of hands-on experience in refrigeration systems and base building equipment maintenance.
  • Proficiency in refrigeration cycles, electrical systems, DG operations, UPS systems, and BMS platforms.
  • Ability to perform structured RCA, develop CAPA plans, and apply data-driven decision-making.
  • Proficiency in preparing technical reports, dashboards, and MIS outputs using MS Excel and relevant tools.
  • Clear verbal and written communication skills.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Preferred certifications in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning, Electrical Safety, or equivalent recognised standards.
  • 1+ years of conveyors/automation/control systems maintenance experience.

  • Shift-based operations with rotational shifts.
  • Sustained exposure to cold room environments, including frozen rooms operating at sub-zero temperatures.
  • Regular work in proximity to live electrical systems — adherence to all safety protocols is mandatory.
  • On-call availability required for emergency breakdowns and critical temperature excursion response.
