We are seeking a Reliability & Maintenance Engineer in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. This role involves comprehensive facility and admin activities, including daily technical checks, maintenance, and troubleshooting of conveyors, automation systems (PLC, SCADA, HMI, VFD), and power distribution. The engineer will also handle DG maintenance, minor civil/plumbing repairs, and soft services coordination.

Ansvarsområden

  • Perform daily, weekly, and monthly technical checks per PPM schedule.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot conveyors involving automation: PLC, SCADA, HMI, VFD, sensors, sortation systems, and control cabinets.
  • Attend TT calls for corrective maintenance, service, and repair.
  • Coordinate with vendors for systems under warranty/AMC.
  • Perform DG maintenance.
  • Install, maintain, and troubleshoot power distribution systems, including branch circuits, lighting, transformers, and wiring.
  • Install, maintain, and troubleshoot relay logic, ladder diagrams, and control components.
  • Support production in a safe, customer-focused manner.
  • Perform minor refurbishment and upgrade work for building finishes, fixtures, and equipment.
  • Conduct regular checks of fire alarm and fire extinguishers.
  • Maintain, oil, and grease carts, trolleys, pumps, and rolling shutters.
  • Attend to regular electrical works.
  • Issue height work and hot work permits.
  • Handle minor civil and plumbing corrective maintenance calls.
  • Provide daily reports on TT closures, open cases, and RCA.
  • Oversee soft services activities like pest control, housekeeping, and scrap/garbage disposal, handling agency staff.

Krav

  • Experience in Electrical/Mechanical/Electronics and Communication/Instrumentation and Controls.
  • 1+ years of conveyors/automation/control systems maintenance experience.
