I korthet

We are seeking a Reliability & Maintenance Engineer to oversee facility and administration activities, including daily technical checks and troubleshooting of automation systems like PLC, SCADA, and HMI. This role involves corrective maintenance, vendor coordination, and ensuring the safe operation of electrical and mechanical systems within the facility.

Ansvarsområden

  • Perform daily, weekly, and monthly technical checks per PPM schedule.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot conveyors involving automation (PLC, SCADA, HMI, VFD, sensors, control cabinets).
  • Attend TT calls for corrective maintenance, service, and repair.
  • Coordinate with vendors for systems under warranty/AMC.
  • Manage DG maintenance.
  • Install, maintain, and troubleshoot power distribution systems, circuits, lighting, transformers, and wiring.
  • Install, maintain, and troubleshoot relay logic, ladder diagrams, and control components (photo eyes, motor starters, relays, limit switches, proximity sensors, timers, solenoids, Servo drives, frequency inverters, linear drives, tacks, encoders).
  • Support production in a safe, customer-focused manner.
  • Perform minor refurbishment and upgrade work for building finishes, fixtures, fittings, equipment, and OPS equipment.
  • Conduct regular checks of Fire Alarm & Fire extinguishers.
  • Maintain, oil, and grease carts, trolleys, pumps, and rolling shutters.
  • Attend to regular electrical works.
  • Issue height work and hot work permits.
  • Handle minor civil and plumbing corrective maintenance calls.
  • Provide daily reports on TT closures, open cases, and RCA.
  • Manage soft services activities like pest control, housekeeping, scrap, and garbage disposal, including handling agency staff.
  • Take care of overall Facility & Admin activities.

Krav

  • Experience in Electrical/Mechanical/Electronics and Communication/Instrumentation and Controls.
  • 1+ years of conveyors/automation/control systems maintenance experience.
