Atlas Copco is looking for a Regional Technical Support Liaison to provide technical and warranty administration support for its CTS Operations and Management Team. The role involves resolving service issues, coordinating special projects, assisting with technician development, and performing administrative duties related to warranty claims. A degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent experience is required, along with strong mechanical and electrical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Ansvarsområden

  • Provide Technical & Warranty administration Support to Regional CTS Operations and Management Team.
  • Work with field service operations to resolve special and difficult service issues.
  • Coordinate special projects relating to customer support and the Operations Team.
  • Review new products and product information from a field/aftermarket perspective.
  • Assist Service Managers in development of technicians.
  • Liaise with the Technical Support Competency Group to expedite resolution of service issues.
  • Provide Warranty administration support for Direct Operations including review/approval of claims.
  • Provide Technical Support for end users.
  • Perform assigned duties in accordance with Atlas Copco standards.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Krav

  • 3-5 years of technical field service experience maintaining and repairing air compressors (Atlas Copco and other).
  • Demonstrated expertise in the maintenance, overhaul and repair of a wide variety of Atlas Copco compressors.
  • Strong mechanical and electrical skills.
  • Understanding of mechanical and electrical components.
  • Ability to interpret wiring diagrams and relay logic.
  • Minimum of four year degree in mechanical engineering or related, or equivalent experience (e.g. 10+ years).
  • Must be self-directed and have excellent organizational, interpersonal, and verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must have proven business analysis skills.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license.
  • Travel required (approx 10 - 15%).
