General Summary:

Qualcomm is seeking an experienced sales manager to drive the business and strategy cooperation for Personal AI devices (e.g. AI Pin, Smartwatch, AI embedded hearing devices, Smart Rings, etc.), and to manage overall account strategy, develop and orchestrate the corporate level partnership.

The ideal candidates will have a strong track record in growing a business, familiarity and senior level connection with China OEMs/ODMs, and out-of-the-box thinking capability to create and implement new business models. The candidate will work with product marketing, business unit, BD and customer engineering teams at Qualcomm, along with ecosystem partners, to advocate and drive new Qualcomm technologies into our customers, to match customer opportunities with product requirements, and untimely drive adoptions of Qualcomm products and solutions.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of overall industry experience; with relevant wearable/hearable account Sales and Business Development experience. Product management and technical R&D are a big plus and a priority.
  • 5+ years of sales management or product management experience in either the semiconductor or OEMs. Experience working with China wearables/hearables companies is a priority.
  • Able to work across multi-functions/multi-individuals to achieve desired results.
  • Excellent communication skills – must be able to speak fluently in Mandarin and English.
  • Analytical thinker with a sales mentality, as well as analytical ability and a proven ability to execute strategy.
  • Able to work under pressure.
