Your role

Bring your curiosity to work as our next Regional Sales Manager – Atlas Copco Vacuum (SEA & Oceania). You will be a vital member of our Customer Center General Vacuum SEA team, reporting directly to the Business Line Manager, Industrial Vacuum.

In this role, your mission is to drive the regional growth strategy, leading a multicultural sales organization and distributor network, and delivering sustainable results in orders, revenue, gross margin, and market share

in the Southeast Asian market.

You will play a critical leadership role in shaping market presence, building high‑performing teams, and positioning the business as first in mind, first in choice across priority industries. 

Short Description

  • Multi‑country responsibility across Southeast Asia & Oceania 
  • Combination of direct sales engineers and distributor‑led markets 
  • Diverse industry exposure: Process Industry, Semiconductors, F&B, Pharma, Energy, EPCs, OEMs 
  • Balance of short‑term performance delivery and long‑term capability building 
  • Manage a sales team of 8-10 people, responsible for team management, talent development, and performance evaluation.
  • Frequent travel across geographically dispersed markets

6. Strictly comply with company policies, procedures, and compliance requirements, and complete other tasks assigned by line manager. 

Your skills and experience

Experience 

  • Minimum 5 years in B2B industrial sales, ideally capital equipment or engineered solutions 
  • Proven experience managing multi‑country regions with both direct and indirect sales models

 

Leadership & Competencies 

  • Strategic, commercially astute, and data‑driven 
  • Strong people leader with demonstrated ability to develop high performers 
  • Influential communicator across cultures and organizational levels

  

Other Requirements 

  • High mobility and willingness to travel extensively across the region 

  • Fluency in English; additional regional languages an advantage
