As a Regional Manager of Central Flow, you will lead a team of flow leads responsible for optimizing outbound flow in fulfillment centers across India. This role requires strong analytical, problem-solving, and people management skills to collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams. You will be responsible for developing tools, setting standards, and ensuring continuous improvement in operational performance and customer experience.

Ansvarsområden

  • Lead and develop a team of Amazon Central Flow Leads.
  • Understand and teach detailed flow concepts related to outbound flow operations.
  • Continuously improve processes and procedures related to OB Flow Operations.
  • Monitor performance of FCs attributable to Central Flow and take corrective steps.
  • Remove barriers for Central Flow Leads by developing tools and automating manual processes.
  • Monitor and audit if standard processes are followed for every FC.
  • Connect with multiple FCs to address concerns, escalations or provide daily reports.
  • Communicate policies to associates and act as the primary information source.
  • Develop performance goals and objectives to achieve customer promise expectations and ensure accuracy and quality.

Krav

  • Bachelor's degree in Operations, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or another technical field.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma and Kaizen techniques.
  • 2+ years of supply chain, inventory management or project management experience.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements.
  • Experience with Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL.
