This role is for a Regional Finance Manager for the NSW region at Volvo Group Australia, part of Volvo Financial Services. Ansvarsområden

Manage sales financial activities within the NSW region.
Achieve sales targets and business objectives.
Plan and execute sales financing activities.
Conduct periodic reviews of business objectives.
Engage in business development activities within the VFS Australia Sales Team.
Introduce Volvo financial products & services to customers and maintain strong customer relationships.
Develop and maintain strong working relationships with dealerships and Volvo market companies’ sales teams.
Develop and implement appropriate marketing activities and incentive plans.
Monitor market trends and provide monthly and periodic Sales Reporting.
Prepare and submit credit applications to the Credit Committee for approval.
Work with the Credit & Risk function to develop and maintain an efficient credit application and approval process.
Assist in collection/overdue activities and provide support in delinquency/legal actions against default customers.

Krav

Professional qualifications or equivalent working experience.
Automotive or equipment Finance background.
Proven sales achievement track record.
Strong in relationship building and relationship management with market companies, dealers and customers.
Good execution of sales strategies and good business acumen.
Strong customer-oriented mindset and commercial solutions.
Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.

Önskade kvalifikationer

Reporting to the Director of Sales and Market Development.
Part of a team of 7 geographically dispersed Regional Finance Managers.
Team forms part of the greater Volvo Financial Services team of 24.
Based full-time in one of our NSW locations – Prestons, Blacktown or Newcastle.
