The Regional Coordinator for Order and Distribution at Mack Trucks is responsible for supporting order and distribution execution for North American Sales and Marketing. This role acts as the primary operational liaison between Mack Trucks, dealers, and internal partners to ensure accurate order execution, timely production scheduling, and exceptional customer delivery performance.

Ansvarsområden

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned dealers and regional sales teams.
  • Deliver timely updates regarding production schedules, factory changes, quality holds, and order status.
  • Resolve customer concerns while maintaining a high level of responsiveness and professionalism.
  • Monitor vehicle orders from placement through delivery.
  • Resolve order discrepancies and system exceptions.
  • Coordinate Return-to-Stock, Dealer Transfers, Reversals, Available Vehicles, and other order adjustments.
  • Ensure billing accuracy to support timely invoicing and customer payments.
  • Administer internal processes supporting regulatory compliance.
  • Monitor workflow queues and shared mailboxes to ensure service level expectations are met.
  • Identify opportunities to improve order management processes and customer experience.

Krav

  • Technical knowledge of Mack product offerings and abilities.
  • Experience in multi-faceted problem solving & experience with customer/dealer contact.
  • Microsoft Excel/Power BI/SharePoint.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Equivalent experience (5+ years) in customer service, operations, logistics, or order management will also be considered.
  • Fluent in English & Spanish preferred.
