The Electrolux Group is seeking a Regional Account Manager for Kitchen Studios in Luton, UK. This full-time, permanent role involves managing and growing a portfolio of Independent Kitchen Retail accounts, driving sales, and optimizing retail opportunities. The ideal candidate has relevant sales experience in consumer goods, strong communication, and analytical skills.

Ansvarsområden

  • Implement Kitchen Retail Channel strategy to optimize retail opportunities and profitability.
  • Build strong relationships with retailers through regular face-to-face meetings.
  • Identify market trends and develop business plans to capitalize on sales opportunities.
  • Communicate and present effectively to key stakeholders, influencing product display and brand presence.
  • Deliver engaging presentations and training to kitchen designers on new product developments.
  • Resolve retailer issues or complaints efficiently.
  • Act as an ambassador for AEG, providing feedback to support future channel development and strategy.

Krav

  • Relevant sales/commercial experience within a consumer goods company (preferably B2B Kitchen Retail or Premium appliances).
  • Ability to build strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, planning and organisational skills.
  • Business acumen with the ability to analyse data and interpret numerical information.
  • Negotiation, advisory and influencing skills.
  • Team player with a collaborative attitude.
