As a Recruitment Specialist at Atlas Copco in Voorheesville, US, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle to attract top talent and deliver an exceptional candidate experience. This hybrid role requires 3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting and strong partnerships with hiring managers.

Ansvarsområden

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer coordination, onboarding support, and requisition closure.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, define position requirements, and develop effective recruiting strategies.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines through direct sourcing, networking, job boards, employee referrals, social media, and community partnerships.
  • Promote Atlas Copco as an employer of choice through career fairs, campus recruiting, networking events, and recruitment marketing initiatives.
  • Track recruiting metrics, maintain ATS data integrity, and continuously improve recruiting processes to deliver strong hiring outcomes.

Krav

  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a corporate, staffing, manufacturing, or similar environment.
  • Proven experience sourcing and engaging candidates through multiple channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, social media, networking, and direct sourcing techniques.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence and partner effectively with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Experience utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment technologies to manage candidate pipelines and recruiting activity.
  • Experience recruiting for engineering, manufacturing, operations, or professional business roles and knowledge of employment law/OFCCP requirements.
