Ansvarsområden

Continuously respond to identified damages in ways that minimize costs, preserve product quality, and create operational advantages.
Support operational efforts by verifying and assessing all detected product damages.
Safely operate all machinery, tools, and equipment associated with product recovery and repair processes.
Ensure a safe, efficient, and productive flow of goods within assigned recovery areas.
Complete all recovery and repair actions in full compliance with IKEA Standards.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
Contribute to a strong IKEA culture that embraces diversity among co-workers and customers.
Perform core and support processes effectively using available systems and tools to ensure efficient operations and high data integrity.
Contribute to optimal goods availability through accurate and timely execution of assigned unit operations.
Adhere to all IKEA health, safety, and security rules; actively support colleagues in preventing incidents involving people, equipment, building, or products.
Support optimized daily operations by working in a lean, simple, and cost conscious manner and sharing best practices.

Krav

Previous material handling equipment experience preferred.
Intermediate computer proficiency.
Skilled with hand tools.
Strong communication skills.
Ability to lift up to 70 lbs./30kgs ergonomically.
Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time.
Willing to be certified on counterbalance and reach truck.
