Emerson is looking for a Record to Report Senior Specialist in San José, Costa Rica for a hybrid role. This position leads the month-end close process, financial reporting, and Oracle system testing, ensuring compliance and driving financial accuracy. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, or Finance, and at least 3 years of experience with Oracle module setups and testing.

Ansvarsområden

  • Lead financial business system testing for Oracle
  • Lead monthly financial close with support from Director of Finance
  • Lead support for GFS teams
  • Prepare and distribute various month-end and quarterly financial reports
  • Support GFS in monthly and quarterly balance sheet reviews
  • Support internal and external audits
  • Support yearly tax reporting requirements
  • Provide analytical support to business unit as requested
  • Perform other job duties as requested

Krav

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business or finance.
  • Strong understanding of Manufacturing and project accounting.
  • At least 3 years of experience in Oracle module setups and testing.
  • Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including concatenation formulas, VLOOKUP functions, and Pivot Tables.
  • English proficiency: B2 (Upper-Intermediate).
