Electrolux Group is seeking an R&D Project Leader in Zabrze, Poland, to lead new project introductions and technology modules. The role involves coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure project success from definition to series production, while adhering to safety and quality standards.

Ansvarsområden

  • Lead and manage projects including new platform or subsystem projects, new features, aesthetic design, cost reduction, quality improvement, and standardization.
  • Drive and coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
  • Support and drive projects from definition to series production approval.
  • Report in CP-meetings/steering team meetings.
  • Create investment requests when applicable.
  • Ensure assured safety and quality standards are met.

Krav

  • Strong Project Management skills.
  • Ability to support Technical Development and Product Industrialization Builds.
  • Good written, verbal communication, and presentation skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in numeracy, reporting, and presenting.
  • Good judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to prioritize projects and self-manage workload.
  • Ability to work with and build relationships with people at all levels within the organization.
  • Ability to work autonomously in a cross-functional matrix organization.
  • Ability to create an efficient team environment and drive the team and project meetings.
  • Fit in intercultural collaboration and adapt communication to different cultures.
  • Results-oriented with a focus on innovation and intellectual property.
  • Degree in Engineering / equivalent industry experience
  • Minimum of three years of experience as a Project Leader in R&D Product Development.
  • Proficiency in English.
