As an R&D Business Partner, you will provide crucial financial analysis and support to the Semiconductor Division, aiding in strategic decision-making and ensuring profitable growth. This role involves monthly financial reporting, forecasting, and maintaining robust internal controls, with a hybrid work arrangement based in Burgess Hill, UK.

Ansvarsområden

  • Deliver monthly financial results and R&D variance analysis for the SUN Division and Engineering teams.
  • Lead R&D monthly forecasting for project expenditures.
  • Support the annual R&D target-setting process.
  • Provide financial insights and analysis to R&D Operations.
  • Ensure compliance with Atlas Copco Group financial controls and processes.
  • Prepare and submit SUN Division monthly reports.
  • Provide analysis on R&D Expenditure, Capital Expenditure, and Headcount.
  • Support and coordinate internal and external audits.
  • Contribute to Vacuum Technique Business Area initiatives, including systems improvements and process optimization.
  • Support Group-level initiatives, such as investment reporting and accounting for acquisitions.
  • Coach and develop peers within finance and engineering teams.
  • Promote health, safety, and wellbeing.

Krav

  • Degree-level education.
  • Part Qualified Accountant (ACA, CIMA, ACCA, or equivalent).
  • Minimum of two years of relevant financial experience.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Effective presenter and communicator, capable of explaining detailed project data and risks to diverse audiences.
  • Strong proficiency with systems for reporting and business intelligence.
  • Proactive and innovative self-starter with a strong focus on customer service.
  • Ability to build strong relationships within and beyond the finance team.
