Autoliv is seeking a Raw Material Planner for its Queretaro, Mexico location. This role involves weekly raw material planning using JDE, ensuring material availability, and analyzing demand fluctuations with suppliers. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Business or Industrial Engineering and at least two years of experience in the automotive industry with strong supply chain and project management skills.

Ansvarsområden

  • Perform weekly raw material planning through JDE.
  • Ensure raw material availability to meet customer requirements.
  • Analyze and confirm forecast/demand fluctuations with suppliers.
  • Daily review of Crystal reports (exception planning report, past due RANs, critical components, top ten high inventory value components).
  • Communicate issues to Production Control teams.
  • Meet Autoliv Standards.
  • Review and close material receiving discrepancies in time and quantity.
  • Update and present monthly KPIs (OTP, Inventory turns).
  • Establish and notify implementation dates of components in revision changes to avoid obsolescence.
  • Effective communication to all teams regarding critical components with suppliers.

Krav

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or Industrial Engineering
  • 2+ years of previous experience in the Automotive Industry
