The Electrolux Group is looking for a Range & Product Manager for Washing Machines in Porcia, Italy. This full-time role involves close collaboration with R&D and other departments to ensure effective product launch execution, market understanding, and supply chain liaison. The ideal candidate will have an academic degree in a business or technical field, experience in product development and market analysis, strong analytical and communication skills, and fluency in English.

Ansvarsområden

  • Ensure effective launch execution and ramp-up plans with deep product knowledge.
  • Close daily cooperation with R&D for product-related activities.
  • Support APAC projects by ensuring integration with the EU range.
  • Provide strong support for range execution in all Clusters with daily contact on product definition/requests.
  • Liaise with Supply Chain for phase in/out, stock outs, and capacity monitoring.
  • Prepare and maintain range model catalogue and discuss with clusters on model commonality.
  • Secure key deliverables of Product Creation processes and prepare documentation for New Variant Requests (NVRs).
  • Create new products (PNC), check specifications, and manage phase-in/phase-out within the Product Life Cycle Management.
  • Support R&D/Product Care with validation of control panel drawings and selectors.
  • Update product information database (Prime) ensuring aligned information.
  • Liaise with ECM/CLUSTER for range ramp up, handling production plans and informing clusters on production start/availability.
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing for timely development of marketing assets.
  • Support the development of complementary marketing materials like stickers and leaflets.
  • Follow up on changes/modifications/updates according to product requirements.
  • Coordinate implementation of improvements with R&D and factory.
  • Involve in complexity reduction activities in collaboration with the European Category Manager.
  • Manage product life cycle maintenance activities, including range optimization and phase in/phase out.
  • Coordinate modifications for legal reasons or component phase-out.

Krav

  • Academic degree in business and/or technical field.
  • Experience in product development, market analysis, consumer insight, ranging, and pricing is highly preferred.
  • Profit & loss and technical understanding.
  • Project management skills, able to plan and focus on strategic priorities.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to see the big picture.
  • Exceptional collaboration skills, proven ability to form strong cross-functional relationships.
  • Great communication skills and ability to convince, influence and motivate others.
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
