Atlas Copco is looking for a Quotation Engineer/Sales Proposal Engineer/Technical Proposal Engineer in Hanoi, Vietnam. This hybrid role involves analyzing customer requirements, developing quotations and solutions, and collaborating with sales teams. A university degree in Mechanical Engineering and 1+ years of experience are preferred.

Ansvarsområden

  • Independently evaluate customer Request for Quote (RFQ) requirements and customer specifications.
  • Validate that our product offering will meet the RFQ requirement.
  • Collaborate with sales engineers and operations regarding strategic proposal methods.
  • Continuously improve business by generating smart proposals and providing complete solutions to sales.
  • Generate proposals with options and value propositions based on customer segmentation.
  • Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system properly and follow up through the sales lifecycle with sales and admin teams.
  • Maintain accurate records of all proposals and follow up to ensure output aligns with Service targets.

Krav

  • University degree preferably in Mechanical engineering or other engineering study.
  • 1+ years of experience, preferably in Aftermarket sales and marketing, or customer service.
  • Resourceful with service information.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication in English.
  • Able to support many sales engineers and work under pressure and tight deadlines.
  • Growth mindset to learn fast.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • CRM experience is preferred.
