ASSA ABLOY is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their team in Lisburn, Northern Ireland. This role involves managing the contractual and financial aspects of client projects, from tender to final account settlement, within the construction or building products sector.

Ansvarsområden

  • Manage all commercial and contractual aspects of construction projects.
  • Provide expert commercial support from tender stage through to final account settlement.
  • Support tendering and contract negotiation processes through effective risk management and commercial analysis.
  • Review and negotiate customer contract terms to identify risks and opportunities.
  • Develop, monitor and manage project budgets.
  • Manage contract variations and identify opportunities to maximise project revenue and profitability.
  • Manage customer contractual correspondence and mitigate commercial risk.
  • Negotiate and agree final accounts.
  • Produce financial forecasts and monitor project profitability.
  • Manage the commercial aspects of subcontractor agreements and budgets.

Krav

  • Qualified Quantity Surveyor with a minimum of 5 years' experience in the construction or building products sector.
  • Strong commercial awareness and financial management capability.
  • Sound understanding of construction contracts, including NEC3 and JCT.
  • Ability to interpret construction drawings and project schedules.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Willingness to travel and build strong customer relationships.
