ABB is seeking a Quality Tester to perform product inspection and functional testing based on drawings and SOPs. This role involves analyzing quality issues, disassembling and testing samples, and reporting findings. The ideal candidate has a technical background, proficiency in data software, and experience with testing tools.

Ansvarsområden

  • Strictly inspect components and finished products according to drawings, technical documents, or SOPs.
  • Perform functional tests on products according to standard operating procedures to ensure performance meets standards.
  • Assist engineers in analyzing and troubleshooting quality issues and abnormalities.
  • Disassemble and test samples as required, and compile/output inspection reports.
  • Provide timely feedback to direct manager and relevant personnel on work progress and quality status.

Krav

  • Vocational/technical school diploma or above; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Major in Mechanical, Electronics, Automation, or related science/engineering fields preferred.
  • Familiarity with company product structure, assembly processes, and testing procedures.
  • Proficiency in Excel and Word for data organization and report generation.
  • Skillful operation of common inspection and assembly tools such as pneumatic/electric screwdrivers, calipers, projectors, and multimeters.
  • Basic mechanical knowledge and ability to independently read mechanical drawings preferred.
  • Experience in production line quality inspection, process improvement, or related manufacturing is preferred.
  • Possession of a low-voltage electrical work qualification certificate is a plus.
