Tetra Pak seeks a Quality Technician for a 12-hour overnight shift in Denton, Texas. This role involves verifying material specifications, recording test results, managing non-compliant material, and supporting manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate has high school diploma, 1-2 years of quality experience in production, and basic machine maintenance skills.

Ansvarsområden

  • Verify package quality characteristics are within specification and record test results.
  • Place all non-compliant material on hold.
  • Understand and follow all safety, quality, lamination and press procedures.
  • Perform assigned Autonomous Maintenance (AM) tasks in the lab and on machine.
  • Attend AM meetings.
  • Assure all material produced is within specification.
  • Participate in World Class Manufacturing (WCM) team activities.
  • Comply with safety measures and good manufacturing practices.

Krav

  • High School Diploma or GED preferred.
  • Quality inspection and machine systems handling experience.
  • 1 to 2 years of quality experience in a production/manufacturing environment preferred.
  • Basic machine maintenance skills.
  • Intermediate computer skills.
  • Dependability and reliability.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Basic math skills, basic reading comprehension.
  • Ability to read, understand and comply with work directions, training manuals, safety rules, standard operating procedures and World Class Manufacturing processes.
