Autoliv is seeking a Quality Supervisor in BRTA to lead quality activities within manufacturing. The role focuses on ensuring compliance, driving continuous improvement, and preventing defects to create safer vehicles. A Bachelor's degree in Engineering and knowledge of Automotive Core Tools are required.

Ansvarsområden

  • Lead product and process quality activities, ensuring compliance with customer requirements, quality standards, and internal procedures.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives, utilizing quality methodologies and data analysis to improve performance and prevent defects.
  • Partner with Manufacturing, Engineering, Supply Chain, Maintenance, and Customer Quality teams to achieve SQDCM objectives and deliver exceptional customer satisfaction.

Krav

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
  • Experience in Quality Management within a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Automotive Core Tools, including APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, and MSA.
  • Experience in the automotive industry (Tier 1 preferred).
  • Advanced English proficiency.
