I korthet

As a Quality Engineer at Edwards UK in Bristol, you will focus on improving management systems by identifying issues and enhancing processes in collaboration with local and global teams. You will ensure alignment with Atlas Copco global standards, international norms, and customer needs, reporting to the Quality Manager.

Ansvarsområden

  • Drive effective implementation and improvement of the Quality Document Management System.
  • Develop and maintain quality assurance protocols.
  • Conduct audits and inspections to ensure compliance.
  • Develop and maintain business continuity plans.
  • Conduct risk assessments and impact analyses.
  • Mentor and train junior staff.
  • Lead cross-functional quality and continuity projects.
  • Maintain the internal quality audit program.
  • Conduct business management system audits.

Krav

  • Good communication skills with excellent fluency in spoken and written English.
  • Ability to explain complex issues in non-technical language.
  • Coaching, listening, and questioning skills with an open mind.
  • Strong self-awareness and self-regulation, especially under pressure.
  • High levels of self-motivation with project and task completion ability.
  • Empathy when dealing with people in difficult situations.
