I korthet

We are seeking a Quality Engineer in Kunshan to lead and maintain the ISO9001 quality system, ensure compliance with ASME BPE requirements, and conduct internal audits. The role involves establishing quality standards, identifying process risks, leading root-cause analysis, participating in new project rollouts, and performing quality data analysis to drive continuous improvement.

Ansvarsområden

  • Lead and maintain ISO9001 quality system and implement ASME BPE technical compliance requirements.
  • Conduct internal audits and process audits, and drive closure of corrective actions.
  • Establish and unify internal quality standards, review inspection specifications, and standardize quality judgment bases.
  • Deliver internal training for updated standards and special technical requirements.
  • Identify process quality risks, lead root-cause analysis for non-conformities, and deliver corrective and preventive improvement plans.
  • Participate in new project rollouts, new process development, and PPAP documentation preparation and internal review.
  • Perform quality risk assessment for new products, drawing, and process changes.
  • Conduct quality data analysis and evaluate non-conformity trends.
  • Lead internal special quality improvement and process capability enhancement.
  • Support internal technical root-cause analysis for customer complaints.

Krav

  • Bachelor degree or above majoring in Mechanical or related field.
  • 3-5 years of working experience as a quality engineer or quality system engineer.
  • Good communication skills in both Chinese and English.
  • Proficient in mastering and applying quality control methods and statistical techniques.
