Google's gTech Ads is seeking a Quality Control Manager in Hyderabad or Gurugram to establish future-proof quality processes, drive automation with AI/ML, and manage stakeholders globally. This role requires a strategic thinker to analyze data, identify process issues, and ensure consistent customer experience across delivery regions.

Ansvarsområden

  • Set future-proof quality process in line with evolution of Quality Control Manager role in the agentic space.
  • Establish frameworks, measures and report outcomes for quality control.
  • Track and scale successes, root-cause problems in design/execution and ensure business impact.
  • Think big from an automation perspective, including Machine Learning as relevant to quality and customer experience (CX) overall.
  • Drive stakeholder management in a matrixed, cross-functional, global, and multicultural environment.
  • Share quality assurance insights, including systemic and outlier issues impacting CX.
  • Drive standardization across delivery regions on process and methods to ensure consistency in experiences and KPI delivery.
  • Leverage economies of scale through standardized processes.

Krav

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in a customer or client-facing role supporting ads quality.
  • 5 years of experience building relationships with stakeholders or clients.
  • 5 years of experience identifying issues in processes and creating solutions.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams to drive changes.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • MBA or Master's degree.
  • Certification in Operations Six Sigma, COPC or Lean (or other relevant operations coursework).
  • 5 years of experience analyzing data and generating business insights to guide business decisions.
  • Experience with data center logistics.
  • Knowledge of SQL.
  • Expertise in data and insights.
  • Automation first mindset or direct experience with AI/ML tools/agentic solutions exposure.
