Ansvarsområden
- Test code at the service and user level using black box, gray box, and white box testing techniques.
- Innovate test strategy across multiple dependencies, locales, and device types.
- Implement highly scalable automation to enable Search stack testing across 21 locales.
- Understand software internals and debug complex problems, including performance bottlenecks.
- Troubleshoot Search escalations and regression issues.
- Write automated tests using existing tools.
- Work with Software Development Engineers and Business Owners to understand business drivers and technical implementation of features.
- Collaborate with Product Management, User Interaction, and Customer Support to approximate real-world environments and develop test plans.
- Diagnose project release problems and take corrective action.
- Drive the software development process toward quality-centric methodologies.
- Report on test progress, metrics, and issues.
- Write complex and efficient SQL queries to debug search logs and replay customer scenarios.
Krav
- 5+ years of quality assurance engineering experience
- Experience in automation testing
- Experience in manual testing
- Experience as QA lead on medium to large sized projects
- Experience troubleshooting and debugging technical systems
- Experience with at least one automated test framework like Selenium or Appium
- Experience with SQL
