Our Quality Assurance Engineers work with Software Development Engineers to understand features and technical implementation, using manual and automated tools for testing. Key responsibilities include serving as an Accessibility subject matter expert and collaborating across teams to develop and scale accessibility initiatives and tools. We are looking for a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Engineer passionate about quality and advocating for customers.

Ansvarsområden

  • Serve as an Accessibility subject matter expert (SME) QA and champion of all principles of accessibility and inclusion.
  • Participate in evaluations of new features designs and demo, drawing attention to accessibility issues.
  • Collaborate across teams to develop existing and future accessibility initiatives.
  • Recommend and partner with Dev team in building accessibility tools and testing frameworks to improve operational excellence of design, product, and engineering teams.
  • Provide accessibility expertise and innovate on behalf of our customers.
  • Work closely with user research and other teams to identify the top customer pain points and new feature needs.
  • Suggest and share recommendations to build accessible products.
  • Collaborate across teams, domains and influence stakeholders to scale our accessibility processes, tooling, and features.

Krav

  • 2+ years of quality assurance engineering experience
  • Experience in automation testing
  • Experience in manual testing
  • Experience in UI and API automation testing (Selenium/SOAPUI)
  • Experience with javascripts and/or user-level automated tools like Cypress, Selenium

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Experience in API & Mobile testing
  • Experience designing and planning test conditions, test scripts, and test data sets to ensure appropriate and adequate coverage and control.
