We are seeking a motivated Quality Assurance Associate to join our platform engineering team in Hyderabad. This entry-level role focuses on validating platform features, including UI functionality, service-level APIs, and AI-enabled components. The candidate will write and execute test cases, identify defects, support regression testing, and help improve evaluation approaches for AI features.

Ansvarsområden

Write and execute test cases for platform features, including UI functionality and service-level functionality.
Test agentic and LLM-backed features, including behavior that varies across runs.
Log, track, retest, and verify fixes for defects in collaboration with developers and product owners.
Support regression testing as features and product behavior change over time.
Review AI-generated outputs for correctness, consistency, usefulness, and safety.
Document test results clearly and communicate defects, risks, and observations.
Demonstrate curiosity, accountability, attention to detail, and willingness to learn modern QA practices for AI-enabled platform capabilities.

Krav

Foundational QA and testing skills, with strong aptitude and interest in learning structured testing practices.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
Basic familiarity with API testing and service-level validation.
Baseline AI literacy, including understanding how AI works, where it can go wrong, and how to direct it effectively.
Ability to evaluate AI outputs and use AI-assisted tools responsibly.
Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and ability to communicate defects and test results clearly.

Önskade kvalifikationer

Exposure to Python or a similar scripting language is preferred.
Any exposure to testing non-deterministic, ML-based, agentic, or LLM-backed systems.
Familiarity with Angular-based UI testing.
Exposure to API testing tools, scripting, or basic test automation concepts.
Exposure to PostgreSQL or similar relational databases is a good-to-have skill.
Exposure to AI coding tools such as Claude Code, AWS Kiro, OpenAI Codex, or similar tools is a plus.
