The Quality Assurance Advisor supports the quality management program for NCS Projects, conducting internal audits, monitoring quality requirements, and ensuring project quality plans are implemented. The role requires experience with software development and systems engineering, a degree in a technical or business discipline, and an Australian Defence Security Clearance.

Ansvarsområden

  • Conduct and manage internal audit activities on NCS Projects.
  • Monitor and report status of quality requirements as defined in Project Plans.
  • Participate in technical reviews and witness testing.
  • Ensure creation, approval, and implementation of Project Quality Plans.
  • Initiate Corrective/Preventative Actions ensuring effective actions taken and closure.
  • Coordinate PMR and MRB activities.
  • Review and Approve Inspection and Test Plans and Control Plans.
  • Develop and maintain good working relationships with stakeholders.

Krav

  • Experience in working with software development projects.
  • Experience in working with Systems Engineering processes.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Organisational skills with ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work under pressure when required but able to balance performance and wellbeing.

  • Hold an Australian Defence Security Clearance to baseline/NV1/NV2 level or have the ability to gain one.
  • Information including past and present nationality and citizenship may be requested to check eligibility for access to materials controlled under various export control regimes, including ITAR.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Understanding technical drawing details and related standards (desirable).
  • Experience in working with Defence related projects (desirable).
  • A degree (or equivalent experience) in a technical or business discipline.
