Nordea is seeking a QA Engineer / Test Automation Engineer for its Martech & Sales Technology Department in Helsinki. The role involves ensuring the quality, compliance, and stability of AI-driven outcomes and data flows across various platforms like Hadoop, GCP, and Pega. This hybrid role requires experience in test automation frameworks, big data technologies, and programming languages such as Python.
Ansvarsområden
- Validate decision logic outcomes and eligibility behaviour
- Test data integration and model usage across on-prem (Hadoop/Cloudera), GCP/Snowflake and Pega CDH / Infinity
- Support system testing and SIT across distributed data pipelines and decisioning platforms
- Validate explainability, auditability, and regulatory requirements
- Ensure correctness and quality of data flows from Hadoop/Cloudera to GCP/Snowflake and into Pega decisioning platform
- Support MVP go-live and further releases
- Ensure compliance with Nordea Quality Standards
Krav
- Experience in test automation frameworks
- Experience in Big Data Technologies: strong knowledge of Hadoop ecosystem (Cloudera/MapR) including streaming technologies
- Experience with leading quality assurance and test automation
- Hands-on experience with Robot Framework, Pytest, or similar
- Hands-on experience in Python, Bash, SQL, Java
- Practical experience with databases such as Hadoop HDFS, Apache Kafka, Apache Hive
- Experience with GCP CI/CD, Jenkins, JIRA, Bitbucket, Git, Docker
- Proven ability to analyze complex systems and identify quality risks
- Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or/and Snowflake, including data processing and storage services
- Experience validating data pipelines and large-scale data processing systems across on-prem and cloud environments
- Proficiency in managing automated functional and non-functional testing on large-scale data infrastructure

Önskade kvalifikationer
- Experience in testing data integration or decisioning outputs in Pega (CDH / Infinity) or similar systems is an advantage

- Solid understanding of financial service environments
- ISTQB Foundation Certificate
- Any Pega Certifications
