I korthet

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Data Analyst with experience in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) and healthcare data. The candidate will be responsible for analyzing source data in Google BigQuery, performing data profiling and mapping activities, translating source data into the IBM Unified Data Model for Healthcare (UDMH), and supporting the design and development of a business-friendly Semantic Layer for reporting and analytics.

Ansvarsområden

  • Analyze and understand healthcare and RCM data stored in BigQuery source tables.
  • Perform data profiling, data quality assessments, and completeness checks on source datasets.
  • Document source-to-target data transformations, calculations, and derivation logic.
  • Map source system data elements to the IBM Unified Data Model for Healthcare (UDMH).
  • Develop and maintain detailed source-to-target mapping documents.
  • Assist in designing and developing enterprise semantic models for reporting and analytics.
  • Define business-friendly metrics, dimensions, hierarchies, and KPIs within the semantic layer.
  • Facilitate discussions with RCM business teams to understand reporting and analytical requirements.
  • Gather and document business definitions, data requirements, and KPI specifications.
  • Develop and maintain SQL queries and scripts for efficient data retrieval.
  • Utilize data analysis techniques to interpret complex data sets and identify trends.
  • Design and implement Python scripts for automation and data manipulation.
  • Collaborate within team to gather requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Participate in code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and optimize application performance.
  • Create data visualizations and reports to present findings to stakeholders.
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends in SQL, data analysis, and Python.
