As a Pursuit Lead for Google Cloud Consulting, you will guide organizations through their digital transformation journey by leading the adoption of Google Cloud products and services. You will manage the delivery of cloud consulting engagements, provide technical guidance, and collaborate with various stakeholder groups to ensure customer success and drive business transformation.
Ansvarsområden
- Accelerate customer adoption of Google Cloud by leading the implementation journey.
- Provide technical guidance and manage timelines, milestones, migration goals and business transformation strategies.
- Plan for customer events and launches.
- Partner with support, engineers, and site reliability engineers to ensure customer success.
- Work with customers and support to guide issues or escalations to resolution.
- Develop best practices and assets based on learnings from customer engagements to support initiatives through partners and accelerate Google Cloud adoption.
- Lead solution decomposition exercises to take customer business use cases and translate them into delivery models and Statements of Works (SOWs).
- Collaborate with business and customer engineering to capture customer use cases and requirements.
- Develop a service strategy for separate accounts and act as the point of contact for services business with the business team.
Krav
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience with navigating customer organizational structures, developing and promoting services solutions and on-time delivery.
- Experience in translating business requirements into technological solutions.
Önskade kvalifikationer
- Experience collaborating with teams, groups, business units, channel partners, systems integrators, and third-party developers to deliver high-impact solutions.
- Knowledge of IT operations, database systems, networking, IT security, application development, service architecture, cloud-native application development, hosted services, storage systems, or content delivery networks.
