Alstom seeks a PSD Team Leader L3 to supervise Platform Screen Door maintenance on Line 3 in Riyadh. The role involves ensuring safe operations, high system availability, quality execution, rapid fault recovery, accurate reporting, and technician development. Requires a diploma or bachelor's degree in a technical field and at least 5 years of maintenance experience, preferably in railway PSD systems.

Ansvarsområden

  • Lead PSD technicians in daily maintenance, emergency response, inspections, testing, troubleshooting, and recovery.
  • Ensure all maintenance activities comply with HSE rules, method statements, and Permit-to-Work requirements.
  • Allocate manpower, tools, spares, vehicles, and test equipment based on priorities.
  • Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance on PSD components and associated equipment.
  • Lead technical troubleshooting for PSD failures and escalate issues with accurate evidence.
  • Review work orders, check maintenance records, and ensure accurate, timely reporting.
  • Coordinate with various teams (OCC, station operations, safety) during service-impacting works.
  • Conduct toolbox talks, shift briefings, and on-the-job coaching.
  • Support incident investigation, RCA, failure analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure readiness of emergency response equipment, spares, and tools.

Krav

  • Diploma or bachelor degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Mechanical, or equivalent technical discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of maintenance experience, preferably including railway PSD systems.
  • Competency in PTW, LOTO, risk assessment, and technical reporting is required.
