Ansvarsområden

  • Adapt to support new Customer Centers and sales teams with evolving tasks and upcoming projects.
  • Expand support for new initiatives and Customer Centers as the business grows.
  • Create accurate and timely quotations for all types of products and services.
  • Follow up on pending quotations to support sales conversion and pipeline progress.
  • Assign qualified prospects to the appropriate sales representatives or teams.
  • Provide administrative support to free up time for sales engineers.
  • Transcribe incoming calls and enter relevant notes into the CRM system to ensure accurate records and reduce the administrative burden on Sales.

Krav

  • Experience working as a Proposal Engineer or in a related technical sales position.
  • Strong expertise in technical proposal development with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams and clients.
  • Proficiency in relevant technical software and tools is highly valued.
  • Familiarity with industry standards and regulatory compliance enhances candidate suitability.
