Ansvarsområden
- Perform pre-delivery inspections to ensure machines comply with OEM standards and order requirements.
- Conduct machine testing and on-site commissioning, including customer training on manuals.
- Provide on-site technical assistance to resolve issues during commissioning.
- Process warranty claims for failures during PDI or commissioning.
- Ensure machines deliver to OEM specified production standards.
- Review information packs to ensure technical appropriateness.
- Assist workshops/field service/Asset Agreement during low workload periods in the commissioning team.
- Conduct Machine Audits.
Krav
- Grade 12 (Matric) or equivalent qualification.
- Trade Certificate of Competence - Diesel Mechanic, Auto Electrical, or Millwright.
- 4 years of experience with Mechanised Mining Equipment.
- Experience in an underground mining environment, maintaining earth moving equipment.
- Code 08 license.
- Full physical & medical certificate to work in a mining environment.
- Knowledge of Product Line.
- Knowledge of Engineering Drawings and Schematics.
- Understand how to use Product Manuals.
- Computer Literacy.
- Effective Communication.
- Customer Interaction.
- Awareness of Employee Health and Safety.
- Report Writing skills.
- Fault Finding and Root Cause Analysis abilities.
- Attention to Detail.
- Business Acumen.
Önskade kvalifikationer
- Experience with rock drilling, rock cutting, loading and hauling, tunnelling, and quarrying equipment is implied.
- Familiarity with developing Smart Services is a plus.
