I korthet

We are seeking a Project Manager/Team Manager for the Nordic Customer Center in Nacka, Stockholm. This hybrid role involves leading a team of Project Managers and Design Engineers, driving customer projects from order to delivery, and supporting sales efforts. You will also act as a Project Manager, ensuring team success through clear priorities, effective collaboration, and continuous improvement within a supportive global organization.

Ansvarsområden

  • Lead a team of Project Managers and Design Engineers to deliver high-quality customer projects.
  • Drive projects from order to delivery with a focus on customer satisfaction, quality, and efficiency.
  • Ensure the team has the right conditions to succeed through clear priorities and effective collaboration.
  • Support the team in their daily work and contribute to project execution when needed.
  • Work closely with Sales and other stakeholders to meet customer needs.
  • Support sales efforts during the quotation process.
  • Lead selected customer projects as a Project Manager.
  • Contribute to the development of working methods and teams.

Krav

  • Experience in project management within customer-driven environments.
  • Proven experience in people leadership with an interest in supporting team and individual development.
  • Ability to create clarity, structure, and strong team collaboration.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Experience working in cross-functional setups, e.g., in close collaboration with Sales.
  • Fluency in English and Swedish.
  • EU driving licence B.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Experience in developing working methods and teams.
  • Experience from industrial or production-related environments.
  • Technical interest or ability to understand customer solutions.
