Atlas Copco is seeking a Project Manager/Team Manager for their Nordic Customer Center in Stockholm. This role combines leadership of Project Managers and Design Engineers with hands-on project management, focusing on delivering high-quality customer projects and supporting sales efforts. The position offers a hybrid work arrangement and a collaborative, supportive company culture.

Ansvarsområden

  • Lead a team of Project Managers and Design Engineers.
  • Ensure the team has clear priorities, effective collaboration, and well-functioning ways of working.
  • Support the team in their daily work and contribute to project execution.
  • Work closely with Sales and other stakeholders to meet customer needs.
  • Support sales efforts during the quotation process.
  • Lead selected customer projects as a Project Manager.
  • Contribute to developing working methods and teams.

Krav

  • Experience in project management within customer-driven environments.
  • Proven experience in people leadership.
  • Ability to create clarity, structure, and strong team collaboration.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Experience working in cross-functional setups, e.g. in close collaboration with Sales.
  • Fluency in English and Swedish.
  • EU driving licence B.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Experience in developing working methods and teams.
  • Experience from industrial or production-related environments.
  • Technical interest or ability to understand customer solutions.
