ABB is seeking a Project Manager for Solution Electrification in Dalmine, Italy. This full-time hybrid role involves leading engineering projects from initiation to completion, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, and managing customer and stakeholder relations. The position requires a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering and over 5 years of relevant experience.

Ansvarsområden

  • Combine technical leadership with project management responsibilities, ensuring successful execution of engineering projects from initiation through completion.
  • Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage project priorities, and serve as a key interface between customers, engineering, operations, and business stakeholders.
  • Work with customers and internal stakeholders to define and deliver solutions that meet technical, commercial, and operational requirements.
  • Plan, coordinate, and control project activities to ensure delivery within scope, schedule, budget, and quality targets.
  • Lead multidisciplinary teams and align engineering, procurement, manufacturing, testing, commissioning, and service activities.
  • Monitor project risks, opportunities, costs, and performance, implementing corrective actions where necessary.
  • Manage projects end-to-end, balancing technical excellence with successful project delivery and customer satisfaction.

Krav

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent technical qualification.
  • More than 5 years of experience in engineering project execution, electrical systems, automation, power distribution, or related industrial environments.
  • Demonstrated project management experience and strong understanding of project planning, risk management, cost control, and stakeholder management.
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams and collaborate effectively across all organizational levels.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
  • Fluent in Italian and English, both written and spoken.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, IPMA or equivalent) is considered an advantage.
