Ansvarsområden
- Plan, lead, and follow up on technical projects within manufacturing operations.
- Define project goals, timelines, budgets, and resource plans with stakeholders.
- Coordinate activities across functions and with external partners.
- Identify and manage risks and challenges throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor project performance and ensure objectives are achieved.
- Present status updates and results to management and stakeholders.
- Contribute to developing ways of working and sharing lessons learned.
- Support initiatives that improve safety, quality, efficiency, and sustainability.
Krav
- University degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- Several years of experience in leading projects or coordinating technical initiatives within manufacturing, industry, or a similar environment.
- Understanding of technical processes and production environments.
- Strong planning, organizational, and follow-up skills.
- Good communication skills in both Swedish and English, written and spoken.
Önskade kvalifikationer
- Experience working with CAD or PDM systems is a merit.
- Knowledge about Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt, Black Belt certification) is a merit.
