Ansvarsområden

  • Lead and manage projects from initiation to completion.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and resources.
  • Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and stakeholders.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards and safety requirements.
  • Drive continuous improvement and process optimization.
  • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Lead project kick-off and regular status meetings.
  • Track progress and report on project milestones.
  • Coordinate tasks across engineering, supply chain, and other teams.
  • Manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.
  • Communicate proactively with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure project documentation is complete and up to date.
  • Oversee project delivery, installation, and handover to the customer.
  • Capture lessons learned and contribute to process improvements.

Krav

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field and/or 5 or more years of capital equipment project management experience.
  • Certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP) through the Project Management Institute (PMI) or a similar certification preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to perform simple to moderate process and analytical analysis.
  • Strong oral and written communications skills.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Project or equivalent project management software.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Ability to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) on the shop floor (steel toe boots, safety glasses, and ear plugs).
  • Frequent attendance on the shop floor.
  • Exposure to outside weather conditions on the shop floor.
  • Ability to work in a loud environment on the shop floor.
