Accenture is seeking a Senior Project Manager for a full-time, on-site role in Perth. The ideal candidate will lead technology-focused projects, ensure client satisfaction, and build strong relationships. Experience in the supply-chain or resources/energy sectors is highly desirable.

Ansvarsområden

Project leadership of consulting engagements with existing and target clients.
Ensure engagement delivers business outcomes to the satisfaction of the client and develop sustainable business relationships.
Provide quality assurance and delivery assurance across engagements.
Mentor teams to develop and achieve optimized results for the client.
Build relationships by engaging with sponsors, stakeholders, and senior management, as well as operational teams.
Support building a high-performing team of consultants across each engagement.

Krav

Extensive experience and knowledge in delivery of projects relating to day-to-day systems and processes in the technology systems domain.
Experience with resources / energy sector systems is a plus.
Experience across the project lifecycle with all methodologies, focusing on delivering client outcomes.
Demonstrated experience building roadmaps and sound business cases, selecting products based on customer requirements, and ensuring adequate project design and planning for execution.
Ability to develop, document, articulate, and present the business case and value proposition to stakeholders at all business levels.
Develop and execute robust concept of operation and change management plans to ensure sustained operational readiness.
Experience operating in an advisory/consulting capacity with sound analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills.
Full Australian work rights are required.
