I korthet

Project Manager leading agile product development teams with an emphasis on Scaled Agile Framework. Responsibilities include coaching scrum teams, managing dependencies, and supporting product launches. Requires a Bachelor's degree and 1-3 years of project leadership experience.

Ansvarsområden

  • Coach scrum teams on Scrum/Agile practices.
  • Lead recurring daily scrum meetings.
  • Conduct sprint retrospectives.
  • Effectively communicate business expectations to team members and stakeholders.
  • Estimate resources and participants needed.
  • Identify and manage dependencies and critical path to product launch.
  • Conduct status reviews for executives.
  • Conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines.
  • Maintain project management systems and documentation.
  • Support product launches through procurement and operational activities.

Krav

  • Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) from a four-year college or university or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 1 to 3 years demonstrated experience leading projects.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Strong familiarity with project management software, such as Jira or similar.
  • Familiar with ERP systems such as JD Edwards.
  • Ability to write reports and business correspondence in English and effectively present information.
  • Ability to apply principles of logic or scientific thinking to a wide range of intellectual and practical problems.
  • Ability to deal with non-verbal symbolism (formulas, scientific equations, graphs, etc.).
  • Ability to deal with a variety of abstract and concrete variables.
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals.
  • Ability to compute rate, ratio and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
  • Experience with change management practices.
  • Knowledge of lean manufacturing.
  • Assist the organization with establishing practices that align with ISO requirements.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • PMP certification preferred.
  • SAFe certification preferred.
  • Scrum Master certification preferred.
  • An engineering background is not required but considered a plus.
