- Develop project plans, monitor progress, define scope and objectives, and set deadlines.
- Coach project team members, review work quality, and manage integration of their efforts.
- Proactively identify and manage changes to scope, schedule, and budget with stakeholders.
- Support other project managers and assist in improvement initiatives.
- Analyze and manage risks, establish contingency plans, and identify trigger events.
- Determine successful closure criteria and gain acceptance and sign-off from all parties.
- Proactively manage stakeholder satisfaction to secure customer references.
- Prepare status reports for upper management.
- Create value-added project documentation and maintain project templates.
Krav
- Bachelor degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in product or equipment management.
- Strong knowledge of MRP/ERP (preferably Encompix).
- Solid understanding of discrete manufacturing, bills of material, and supply chain operations.
- Familiarity with Project Management methodologies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint and Excel.
- New product development skills.
- Strong planning skills.
- Excellent communication and prioritization skills.
- Mastery of Microsoft Office 365.
