Tetra Pak is seeking a Project Manager in Tokyo, Japan to take overall responsibility for project execution, ensuring delivery within budget, time, quality, and scope. This role involves leading project teams, managing stakeholders, and driving project efficiency through global solutions.
Ansvarsområden
- Overall responsible for project execution and provide project leadership.
- Secure project deliverables according to project agreement and act according to responsibilities in the project charter.
- Work breakdown and planning the project into phases to fulfil the plan and meet project tollgates and milestones.
- Drive productivity in project through utilization of global reusable solutions, processes, and systems.
- Identify, develop risk response plan, monitor and control project risks.
- Manage scope changes and issue variation orders (VO's).
- Identify, engage and manage internal and external project stakeholders.
- Secure project communication and documentation according to project communication plan.
- Support WCM and Lessons Learned methodologies as input to improving processes and systems.
- Demonstrate self-awareness for wellbeing and secure the work approach for team members is aligned with wellbeing priorities.
Krav
- >3 years (Full time) as Project Member depending on background education or equivalent.
- Demonstrated inclusive leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Önskade kvalifikationer
- Experience with OFCE, Planview, SAP, OHS, Quality, Project Governance is a plus for driving productivity.
- Familiarity with WCM and Lessons Learned methodologies.
