HCLTech is seeking a Project Manager in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, with a strong background in SAP ABAP Development and SAP HANA. The role involves managing projects, ensuring understanding of business processes, and leading development teams.

Ansvarsområden

  • Manage SAP ABAP Development projects, including reports, interfaces, enhancements, and forms.
  • Oversee projects involving SAP HANA (Code Pushdown, AMDP, CDS Views) and Data Dictionary.
  • Ensure performance tuning and debugging of complex SAP issues.
  • Facilitate understanding of business processes and stakeholder management.
  • Lead or mentor junior developers.
  • Potentially manage SAP S/4HANA implementation or migration projects.
  • Integrate SAP Fiori/UI5 and understand workflow and enhancements (BADI, User Exits).

Krav

  • SAP ABAP Development (Reports, Interfaces, Enhancements, Forms)
  • Experience with SAP HANA (Code Pushdown, AMDP, CDS Views)
  • Strong knowledge of Data Dictionary and Performance Tuning
  • Experience in Object-Oriented ABAP (OOABAP)
  • Hands-on experience with SAP Modules (FI, SD, MM, etc.)
  • Experience with ALV Reports and Smart Forms/SAP Script
  • Debugging and troubleshooting complex SAP issues
  • Experience in SAP S/4HANA implementation or migration
  • Understanding of workflow and enhancements (BADI, User Exits)
  • Good understanding of business processes and requirements
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Knowledge of SAP Fiori/UI5 integration (Nice to have)
  • Exposure to OData services and REST APIs (Nice to have)
  • Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies (Nice to have)
  • Leadership/Mentoring junior developers (Nice to have)
