Seeking an experienced SAP ABAP Consultant for a Project Manager role in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India. The position focuses on developing scalable solutions using SAP S/4HANA extensibility and SAP BTP, adhering to Clean Core principles for maintenance and repair overhaul processes.

Ansvarsområden

  • Develop and support ABAP custom objects (RICEFW).
  • Design and implement solutions for iMRO/MRO processes.
  • Ensure adherence to SAP Clean Core strategy by minimizing core modifications and leveraging extensibility.
  • Build enhancements using BAdIs, User Exits, BAPIs, and Enhancement Framework.
  • Develop ABAP on HANA solutions (CDS Views, AMDP).
  • Design and expose services via OData and APIs.
  • Collaborate with functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Participate in code reviews, enforce development standards, and maintain technical documentation.
  • Support testing phases, deployments, and hypercare activities.
  • Work in agile/global teams, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery.
  • Oversee quality assurance processes, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.
  • Ensure process improvement and compliance, participate in technical design discussions and review technical documents.
  • Create project plans and track schedule for on-time delivery.
  • Work closely with the development team and On-site Engineers to understand technical requirements and resolve issues.
  • Identify and flag potential risks and issues, develop mitigation strategies, and provide regular project updates.

Krav

  • 12+ years of SAP ABAP development experience (ECC/S/4HANA).
  • Strong hands-on experience in SAP iMRO.
  • Expertise in ABAP Objects, Enhancements (BAdIs/User Exits), BAPIs, IDOCs, and Data Dictionary.
  • Experience in SmartForms, Adobe Forms, SAPScripts, and ALV reporting.
  • Strong knowledge of ABAP on HANA (CDS, AMDP, performance tuning).
  • Proven ability to apply Clean Core principles and S/4 extensibility approaches.
  • Good understanding of integration with PM, MM, SD, and PP modules.
  • Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in at least one full lifecycle implementation or rollout.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Hands-on experience with SAP BTP (ABAP Environment / Steampunk) and side-by-side extensions.
  • Experience in Fiori/UI5 development and OData services.
  • Knowledge of SAP Integration Suite / APIs for extension scenarios.
  • Domain experience in MRO (Aviation, Manufacturing, Defense, Industrial Engineering).
  • Exposure to S/4HANA conversion or greenfield implementations.
  • SAP ABAP or relevant certification.
