Synopsys is looking for a Principal Project Manager to lead complex technical programs focused on Agentic AI and machine learning technologies within semiconductor design tools. The role requires translating technical complexity into executable roadmaps, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving strategic alignment for AI-powered product innovation.
Ansvarsområden
- Lead comprehensive execution of technical programs centered on Agentic AI and machine learning technologies across all program phases
- Collaborate with senior leadership to ensure program objectives align with organizational strategy and translate strategic vision into detailed technical execution plans
- Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders including product management, engineering, IT, legal, and security to establish program scope, deliverables, and success metrics
- Develop and maintain detailed program plans that address AI/ML technical complexity, interdependencies, and evolving requirements
- Facilitate cross-functional communication and alignment across distributed teams while proactively identifying and resolving impediments to program progress
- Monitor program performance metrics, conduct risk assessments, and implement corrective actions to maintain schedule and quality standards
Krav
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related technical field
- Minimum 8 years of experience managing large-scale technical programs with demonstrated success leading complex, multi-team initiatives
- Proven experience managing programs where artificial intelligence, machine learning, or generative AI technologies were central to the solution
- Strong technical understanding of AI and ML systems, including model training, deployment processes, and production integration requirements
- Experience operating in agile development environments and managing programs with iterative requirement evolution
- Familiarity with EDA tools or semiconductor industry experience is highly valued

- Drive decision-making processes by identifying critical questions, surfacing genuine blockers, and facilitating resolution without requiring complete consensus
- Maintain operational oversight of multiple concurrent workstreams while prioritizing attention based on program criticality and risk assessment
- Provide constructive challenge when program plans lack sufficient detail, dependencies are inadequately addressed, or risks require escalation
- Maintain current knowledge of AI and ML technology developments to inform program planning and execution decisions
- Establish credibility across functions through technical competence, operational discipline, and effective stakeholder management
- Product management background is highly valued, particularly experience translating customer requirements into technical program specifications
